Out & about Holland Village

Here is a brief introduction about Holland Village :

Holland V is located near to the Buona Vista MRT Station, close to Queenstown area in Singapore.

Surrounding the area, there are various R&D Instituition like Biopolis, Fusionpolis, Science Park I and NUS. You get lunch crowd into the area with the shuttle bus service bringing office workers around the area to grab a bite. At night, the area is bustling with young S’poreans and expatraits for the varied dining options as well as bars.

Future development of that area include the Circle Line to be completed by 2010. The Circle Line will link Holland Village to Farrer Road, the northern end of the Botanic Gardens and Bishan. In the other direction the line will pass by one-north which is an area dedicated to R&D activities, and Harbourpoint, with its Vivocity shopping complex and ferry terminal.

Below list the various rates available within our store.

Monthly Rental Rates :

1. 1 Full Shelve at Eye Level – $180

2. Full Shelve Below/Above Eye Level – $150

3. Hanging Rack (Outside) – $220

4. Hanging Rack (Inside) – $200

5. Entire Wall Panel – $680

6. 4 Shelves (1 full colum) – $600

* Notes :

Free storage space available * (while space lasts).
Vendors are free to display their brand and website info on their merchandise. Contact information however should remain in small prints.
A Sales assistant will be there to tend to the store and he/she can be trained on your products specialities.
A 10% commission will be charged for every sold item.
Each full shelve will have 2 sets of shelf dividers and risers to aid with display and visual effects.

To reserve a space, simply follow the steps below :

1. Email to retail.hollandv@gmail.com and indicate your choice of rates (1-6).

2. Provide us your contact details, name and pictures of your products.

3. We will contact you within 2 working days .

4. Present a 1 months deposit + 1st month of rent payable by Cash / Cheque to confirm your space once agreement is signed.
